Our Classic Solutions mats feature BASF’s solution-dyed nylon yarn. BASF is the premier manufacturer of solution-dyed nylon yarn because their yarn offers superior color fastness and ultra-violet resistance. This means long-lasting mats that look great and don’t wear out easily.

In addition to these benefits, these mats have a built-in static dissipative feature to provide permanent protection against harmful static electricity, making them a great fit not just for a standard business but those with manufacturing plants and other industrial facilities. Classic Solutions offers a broad range of colors while our Solutions Plus mats provide a rich, multi-color appearance. This allows you to not only further protect your employees from accidents in the industrial workplace, but also to enhance your company’s branding.

These mats are:

• Made of high-twist, heat-set solution-dyed nylon yarn that is resistant to crushing, traps dirt and extends the performance life of the mat.
• Impervious to bleach, sunlight and repeated washing.
• 100% nitrile rubber backing for increased slip and skid resistance.
• Certified “high traction” by the National Floor Safety Institute.

STANDARD SIZES: 2’x3’, 2.5’x3’, 2.5’x4’, 3’x4’, 3’x5’, 3’x10’, 4’x6’, 4’x8’, 5’x8’, 5’x10’, 6’x10’ and 6’x12’.

SPECIAL SIZES: Custom lengths up to 40’. Not all colors are available in 5’ and 6’ widths. See price list for availability.

AVAILABLE BACKING: Smooth, universal cleats and suction. Suction-backed mats are not available in 5’x10’, 6’x10’ or special sizes.
